Senior Manager/Supervisor
The assistant manager will support the boutique director in leading, developing, and supporting the sales, operations and team members to meet and/or exceed commercial targets and elevate the HOM (House of Mouawad) experience.
The assistant manager will assume oversight for the boutique when the Director is absent. He/she will be a dynamic, attentive and inspiring leader who builds relationships with internal and external clients; 


Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Manages the day-to-day operation of the boutique, following the Mouawad Boutique standards and guidelines.
  2. Manages sales objectives and goals in the boutique, including sales targets, sales forecasts, and KPIs.
  3. Maintains the boutique environment and customer enchantment checklist as per the Mouawad standards and runs weekly Customer enchantment audits of the boutique.
  4. Ensures that all sales staff are aligned with Mouawad’s grooming standards and work etiquette. Display the products as per the 5S methodology.
  5. Develops and builds a top-notch and experienced sales team through continuous mentoring, training, and daily brief meetings.
  6. Ensures that the sales team contacts the regular and potential customers through phone calls or direct contact.
  7. Gathers market and boutique customer information by engaging with customers and recording their interests in the salesforce CRM system.
  8. Make sure that all training sessions given to sales are well utilized at the boutique level 
  9. Sets the check-in process for the sales team and ensures its execution and timely
  10. Runs a survey in the market including competitors and share an action plan with the boutique director.
  11. Manages the overall sales KPIs of the team and follow up on any discrepancies and shortcomings.  
  12. Handles the boutique opening/closing procedure, accountable for handing the keys, the alarm code, and POS.
  13. Reconciles the previous night’s sales reports, prepare cash reports for management.
  14. Works the duty roster schedule for sales team and monitor the daily attendance and vacation balance.
  15. Manages boutique maintenance issues and repairs and coordinate retail operations.
  16. Responsible for securing and updating legal documents related to the boutique: i.e. trade licenses, permits, maintenance contracts, approved supplier lists, letters, and other documents.
  17. Responds to management projects when assigned by the Boutique Director.
Required Qualifications
  1. A minimum of 8-10 years of sales management experience within jewelry retail or luxury retail.
  2. Proven track record in sales generation and managing the achievement of commercial results.
  3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Point of Sales (POS) system
  5.  Strong oral and written communication skills. Being an Arabic speaker is a must.
  6. Proven ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships while ensuring brand recognition and penetration in the market.
  7. The ability to inspire trust, integrity, fairness and professionalism both with clients and staff members.
  8. Flexibility to work in various roles based on business needs (i.e., on the sales floor, operations, etc.).
