Looking for outstanding Sales Specialists / Associates to produce desirable sales results in our new flagship boutique in London and ensure that the sales attain their monthly objectives by mastering the sales process and displaying the house of Mouawad's royal customer service behavior.

Tasks and Duties:

  1. Welcome clients and prospects, by applying a client development mindset to all situations, elevating  the way client may experience the brand.
  2. Capitalise on every opportunity to engage with customers and be able to skilfully apply client discovery techniques, nurturing sincere and long-lasting relationships.
  3. Manage the entire sale ceremony in a seamless way, ensuring high level of service, surprising and enchanting clients.
  4. Actively contribute to the achievement of the boutique sales and service KPIs.
  5. Perform thorough and consistent CRM activities, ensuring the recording of clients details and follow ups.
  6. Develop a strong awareness of the brand and the collections, with a specialised knowledge of gems and high jewellery to generate and maximise sales, and contribute to the boutique commercial expansion.
  7. Meet monthly sales targets as communicated by showroom manager.
  8. Perform After Sale Service, taking charge of the repairs by communicating lead time, assuring high level of service and customer satisfaction.
  9. Be a dedicated ambassador of the House of Mouawad, developing deep knowledge of the brand and be able to transmit the rich and unique heritage of the House.
  10. Upsell and cross-sell at any opportunity and promote other Mouawad branches.
  11. Be a committed team player, supporting and assisting team members during the selling ceremony.
  12. Respond to any management project when assigned (attending events and exhibitions).
  13. Gather luxury market and competitors information, displaying a business mindset and curiosity, sharing relevant information with team and management.
  14. Apply methodically all boutique operational procedures when merchandising and de-merchandising, respecting opening & closure guidelines, and security measures.
  15. Uphold the high standards of boutique presentation: Checking the showcases, displays as per VM guidelines, monitor cleanliness and tidiness of the showroom at all times, and assure the inventory count and control upon every beginning of the shift and at the end of the day.
  16. Prepare end of the day sales reports, recording all key information to share with management.
  17. Maintain the safe room, back office, storage room and showroom neatly organised according to the 5s methodology.
  18. Always portray immaculate grooming and reflect the Mouawad work etiquette
