Retail Sales Associate (THAILAND)
Our new boutique in Bangkok is seeking a highly motivated Thai Sales Associate/Consultant to deliver exceptional sales performance.
The ideal candidate will expertly navigate the sales process and provide an outstanding level of customer service that consistently exceeds expectations, achieving monthly sales objectives while upholding the prestigious brand image.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Boutique Opening and Security:
Ensure a smooth boutique opening by responsibly managing keys, alarm codes, and the Point of Sale (POS) system.Boutique Preparation:
Ready the boutique for customer arrival by meticulously checking showcases and displays.
Monitor and maintain showroom cleanliness and tidiness.
Confirm inventory counts and control at the start of every shift.
Communication Management:
Regularly check and promptly respond to emails regarding inquiries or requirements.
Customer Reception:
Greet and welcome customers following the brand’s esteemed retail guidelines.
Provide attentive, personalized service with superior product knowledge.
Personal Presentation:
Maintain an immaculate appearance and grooming standards that align with our luxury brand identity.
Product Presentation and Pricing:
Showcase our exquisite jewellery collection in accordance with brand standards.
Verify pricing details before sharing with customers, ensuring accuracy and confidence during sales interactions.
Conduct price negotiations with professionalism, adhering to the established Discount Policy.
Sales Maximization:
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
Actively promote additional offerings and services from other boutique branches.
Operational Support:
Assist the showroom manager and/or shift supervisor with cash deposit, money exchange, bank deposits, and coordination of jewellery repairs, including visits to Gold Souks.
Maintain showroom displays and secure areas in line with the 5S methodology (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
Event Participation:
Represent the boutique at assigned management projects such as events and exhibitions.
End-of-Day Duties:
Remove jewellery from showcases and responsibly secure and close the boutique.
Customer Relationship Management:
Foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships with discerning clientele.
Capture valuable market and customer insights by engaging in meaningful conversations and recording interests.
Sales Reporting:
Record sales and order details and communicate these to the boutique manager via phone or email.
Team Collaboration:
Support team members throughout the sale process.
Participate in team meetings to share best practices and insights.
After-Sales Support:
Manage and coordinate jewellery repair requests from customers.
