Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Sales Achievement:
Guide boutique operations to exceed the sales objectives as mentioned within the Company’s Strategic Plan, ensuring continuous adaptation to dynamic market trends.Market Trend Analysis:
Regularly update senior management on emerging sales trends and market shifts, thereby enabling proactive adjustments to business strategies.Customer & Business Development:
Proactively identify and secure new clientele and business opportunities, devising and implementing strategic action plans to expand the boutique’s reach within the UAE.Salesforce™ CRM Utilization:
Champion the consistent and effective use of the Salesforce™ CRM system across the sales team, emphasizing its benefits for streamlined operations and enhanced customer engagement.Retail Excellence:
Convey actionable feedback on retail challenges and requirements to management, ensuring that boutique teams adhere rigorously to the Company’s grooming standards, work etiquette, and meticulous product displays, as outlined by the 5S methodology.Transaction Management:
Oversee the full sales ceremony—from closing deals to managing post-sale processes—in strict alignment with Mouawad’s distinguished service standards and JEM Book.Customer Insights & Market Intelligence:
Cultivate a deep understanding of customer preferences by gathering comprehensive market and consumer insights, ensuring these inform the boutique’s strategic decisions.Marketing Collaboration:
Collaborate seamlessly with the Marketing department on bespoke promotional initiatives, such as activations, entertainment events, and exhibitions. Provide detailed customer feedback to shape compelling advertising strategies.Sales Forecasting & Target Setting:
Develop, implement, and monitor boutique sales objectives, including precise sales targets and detailed forecasts, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.Talent Management & Succession Planning:
Partner with Human Resources to identify and nurture high-performing individuals, rewarding excellence and planning for career progression within the team.Event Representation:
Represent the boutique at key events and exhibitions, enhancing brand visibility and reinforcing the exclusive image of our luxury offerings.Profitability & Margin Control:
Oversee the monitoring and management of margins and discount schemes, ensuring the boutique’s sustained profitability.Team Leadership & Development:
Inspire and cultivate a high-caliber sales team through continuous mentoring, comprehensive training programs, and regular team meetings, fostering Mouawad's culture of excellence.Performance Analysis:
Utilize detailed sales analytics to assess business growth opportunities, ensuring continuous monitoring and improvement of sales performance.High-Net-Worth Client Engagement:
Spearhead targeted outdoor sales initiatives designed to engage high-net-worth individuals and lovers of high-end jewelry.Client Relationship Management:
Forge and nurture enduring relationships with Mouawad’s esteemed clientele, ensuring consistent and personalized communication.Sales Process Execution:
Manage all aspects of the sales ceremony at an individual level, guiding the team in the effective execution of every step of the process and setting clear quarterly objectives.Market & Competitor Analysis:
Conduct comprehensive market surveys, including competitor analysis, and share actionable insights with the management team.Inventory Oversight:
Ensure optimal stock levels are maintained while efficiently managing stock depletion and reconciliation of daily sales reports.Compliance & Documentation:
Oversee the maintenance and updating of all legal documents pertinent to the boutique’s operations, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements.Merchandising & Order Management:
Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure timely order processing and fulfillment.
Qualifications
Extensive Industry Experience:
A minimum of 12 years’ experience within the luxury jewelry sector, with a proven track record in retail sales, luxury goods, gemology, or jewelry design.Exemplary Leadership & Management Skills:
Demonstrable expertise in managing high-performing teams and navigating the sophisticated landscape of luxury retail.Sales & Marketing Mastery:
A robust understanding of luxury sales dynamics and marketing strategies, reinforced by a clear grasp of customer needs and market trends.Product Expertise:
In-depth knowledge of jewelry materials, gemstone qualities, craftsmanship, and prevailing industry trends is essential.Client-Centric Approach:
