Sales Supervisor - Hongkong Boutique

Summary of the role : 

In this role, you will act as the #2 of the boutique. Assisting and supervising a team of sales associates, promoting and selling our luxury products approaching potential customers and maintaining the daily operation of the boutique. 

Duties and responsibilities: 

  1. Responsible for the smooth opening of the boutique, by being accountable for handling the keys, the alarm code, and POS
  2. Reconcile the previous night's sales reports, Check the log book /communication book on any pending issue to follow up on
  3. Checking and answering the outlook emails for any requirement
  4. Greeting and welcoming customers according to Mouawad Sales Associate Manual
  5. In and out stock control in using Excel file
  6. Ensuring the 5S methodology with regards to the safe, the boutique, store rooms and the sales consultants
  7. Attending to the customers, providing excellent customer service and product knowledge
  8. Assist and support the sales consultant to close the sale, bring the customer request from the safe, packing, discount controlling, contacting the manger for approval, etc.
  9. Recording sales and orders information, present it to boutique  manager by phone or mail
  10. Gathering market and customer information by engaging with customers and recording interests
  11. Ordering through TMS system for any customer serious inquiry
  12. Receiving repairs from customers using the service receipt write the repair clearly on service receipt and then on repair log book follow the repair time lines and call customer for collection
  13. AX invoice and CRM customer data base and TMS for customer requests
  14. Night boutique procedures and maintenance
  15. Discussing with shop managers and sales managers how to improve/achieve higher performances
  16. Attending team meetings and sharing best practices with colleagues, upcoming events, collections, promotions etc.
  17. Supervise scheduled shifts and report to the manager when absent from boutique
  18. To assist the Boutique Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
  19. To assist the Boutique Manager in revising and implementing the sales strategies plans.
  20. To assist the Boutique Manager in generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.
  21. To assist the Boutique Manager in providing a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers.
  22. Assist Boutique Manager by completing all assigned duties
  23. Handle customer issues, resolution and communicate escalated issues to the Boutique Manager
  24. Assist with sales rep questions, concerns and product/service questions
  25. Create reports showing sales %, install %, adherence, and attendance, etc.
  26. Make sure all employees adhere to company policies and procedures (example: dress code, eating food at station, cell phone usage, etc.)
  27. Deliver positive feedback, Employee Rewards and Customer Recognitions to employee

Needed Skills and Competencies:

  • Previous role as supervisor or team lead ! .
  • Luxury jewelry experience is a must!
